Did that title catch your attention? I will get to that in a moment
How was everyone’s weekend?! I’m loving the spring weather….up until recently, I have always felt the springs in Ohio were always sooo crappy…it would go from winter death…to cold & wet….to summer…but now we are having some springs…um thanks global warming..?
I love that mangoes are coming back in season…I’ve picked up a few at the store recently and they are just so frickin’ good!
You know what’s a really hot look? Juicy mango all over your face & mango pulp stuck in your teeth.
Ok well not really…you know what IS a good look? A firm, shapely booty for summer!! Who doesn’t want that, right? We surely don’t want a booty that looks like this…
But I bet we sure wouldn’t mind having a booty like this….! (source for photo above & below)
I will come up with more butt workouts but today I wanted to share an incline walking workout I did at the gym. Incline walking is great for your butt & a great workout overall! The key for it to be most effective is to not grab onto the railings! Check out this incline walking workout for the treadmill:
Afterwards, I rounded out my workout with some upper body strength training including some rows, lat pull downs, reverse delt. flies, & the like. My goal is to be able to do pullups (more than 1…) again and I’m getting better! My weight for lat pull downs has increased by 35 lbs. over the past couple months! Woohoo!
I refueled with a green protein smoothie when I got back.
In the mix: unsweetened almond milk, Tera’s Whey, Organic baby kale, organic frozen peaches, organic banana, and maca powder. Feels so good to put greens in my smoothie!! Think it’s crazy? TRY IT! You will not be disappointed & it will change your life! I would recommend doing spinach because you cannot taste the spinach whatsoever! Kale also works well but you can notice the taste slightly & sometimes it doesn’t blend as well…but I found this baby kale to blend up really nicely!
I need to continue studying for NASM this evening, with plenty of cuddles from my fur babies.
ALSO: I wrote a post on my health coaching website yesterday about eating a healthy breakfast while traveling. Especially if your job requires you to travel a lot, this is a must read! Check it out HERE!

I just picked up some mangos at the store today. I hope they are good…I love them in smoothies
Yea! I’ve had a couple this past week & they did not disappoint!
